bidrush

Terms of service

Last updated 21 August 2026. Placing a bid means you accept these terms.

Who you're dealing with

  • bidrush.lol is a side project run by one person, not a company.
  • Questions, complaints and takedown requests go to @bcaparing on X.
  • “We” means whoever is running bidrush. “You” means anyone placing a bid or using the site.

What the service is

  • bidrush is a single public list. You pay to place a link on it, and the amount you have paid decides where it sits. That is the entire service.
  • You are buying a position on a list. You are not buying traffic, clicks, customers, exposure, or any particular outcome, and we promise none of those.
  • No account is required. The link you submit is the only thing that identifies your listing, so anyone who bids on the same target is bidding on the same listing.

Bidding and payment

  • The minimum bid is $1. All amounts are in US dollars and are charged in whole dollars.
  • Ranking is decided solely by a listing’s cumulative paid total, as described in the rules, which form part of these terms.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Your payment is also subject to Stripe’s own terms.
  • A bid takes effect only when Stripe confirms the payment. Starting a checkout that you do not complete claims nothing and costs nothing.
  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract, and the payment method must be yours to use.

Immediate performance and withdrawal

  • Your listing goes live as soon as the payment clears. By bidding, you expressly ask us to begin performance immediately.
  • If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By asking for immediate performance you acknowledge that you lose that right once the listing is live, to the extent the law allows.
  • Beyond that, bids are final. The money buys a rank, and the rank is what you receive. Being outbid is the service working as described, not a fault.
  • If we charge you in error, or a payment is taken twice for the same bid, message @bcaparing and we will refund the difference.

What you may list

  • You may only submit a link you are entitled to promote, pointing at a product page or an X profile.
  • You may not submit chat or invite links, sexual content, malware, phishing, deceptive or impersonating pages, content that infringes someone else’s rights, or anything unlawful where you or your visitors are.
  • You are responsible for everything on the page you link to, including after it changes. Pointing a listed link at something that breaks these terms is a breach of them.
  • We may remove a listing that breaks these rules, without a refund. We may also remove or refuse a listing where we reasonably believe the payment is fraudulent or charged back.

What we don't promise

  • The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uptime, that the board is always reachable, or that it will exist forever.
  • We do not check, endorse or vouch for any listing. Clicking one takes you to a third party at your own risk.
  • We may change how the site works, and we may stop running it. If we shut the site down permanently, we will refund the paid totals of active listings.
  • Nothing here excludes liability we cannot exclude by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Odds and ends

  • We may update these terms. Changes apply to bids placed after they are published, and the date at the top tells you when that was.
  • If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away the protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
  • See also our privacy policy.
